SESSION TYPES
LOCATION
Studio portraits are taken in my studio in Markuševec, Zagreb. The studio has a selection of clothing and accessories, also some toys and books to help your child relax and stay entertained during the shoot.
SESSION TIMES
I am available for photo sessions any day of the week, please call or email for availability.
HOW TO BOOK AND PAY
Simply call or drop me an email for availability.
After the session I will send you an invoice to pay via online banking and payment will be due before your photos are ready for viewing.
MY PHOTOGRAPHING STYLE
I will first take some time to know you / your family, I am not going to rush you into being photographed. Studio sessions are a little bit posed but I am still just following your moods and wishes and am trying to get beautiful photographs and poses just by letting you relax while talking to me. I will not force anyone to smile or be something they don't feel comfortable about.
WHAT TO BRING AND WEAR
Family sessions - I suggest bringing a few different outfits for your child and feel free to bring anything that has significant meaning to you or props that you would like to include: teddy bears, blankets, toys, hats. For a family photo shoot you certainly shouldn’t feel you need to have identical clothing for each family member, but it works best when a family wears complementary tones or colour shades. I do suggest to keep it simple and start with a colour palette of neutrals and build from there.
If you are looking to achieve the look presented in my gallery, avoid branded clothing and aggressive patterns. Neutral colours work best to keep the focus on the subject.
Maternity sessions - Feel free to bring maternity dresses with you as well as jeans (non-maternity type) and a black or white short sleeved or sleeveless top. Maxi dresses are ideal for maternity shoots as they are very comfortable and flattering. Body hugging clothing looks great to show off those beautiful pregnancy curves.
I have a selection of materials in the studio and using a fabric tossing technique I use them in a way that define your body’s curves and give floaty and dreamy look to the images.
Business sessions - Feel free to bring multiple outfits, some of them smart and some more casual. Keep the colours neutral unless you really want to make a statement with bold patterns and colours.
PROOFS
In order to give you the highest quality images possible, I select only the best from your session. From there, each image is individually edited and artistically retouched. Due to the time involved in this process, I do not show every image taken from your session. Within four weeks of your session the digital images will be ready and available for you to view in a private, password protected online gallery. These images will be low resolution and watermarked for the purposes of viewing and selection. Once you have chosen your digital images depending on your selected package, I will upload the high resolution fully edited files into your gallery for you to download.
Additional fully edited high resolution digital images outside of your package can be purchased for a price of 15€ each.
Prints are usually available for collection within four weeks after the order is placed.
Your online proof gallery will be live for 60 days after which will be erased. During this time you may share the link with family and friends.
